Collecting and Storing Honeybee Products

This seminar will discuss collecting pollen, honey supering, extracting and processing honey, and processing wax cappings for candles. Collection of other honeybee products including propolis and royal jelly will also be discussed. The program will include a slide presentation, hands-on demonstration, samples of the honeybee products, and plenty of time for questions.  For those that bring a hat and veil, there will be a demonstration in the CCGT apiary by our head beekeeper, John Christman.
